Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the billing portal at billing.pvt-studio.com operated by PVT Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the portal, you agree to these terms.
What the Portal Does
The portal lets enrolled families and adult students view their invoices, submit payments, review payment history, and manage their account. It does not govern the lesson relationship itself, which is handled separately.
Your Account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, contact, payment method) and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us at office@pvt-studio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Billing and Payments
- Invoices are issued according to your enrolled billing cadence (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
- Payment is due by the due date shown on each invoice
- Late fees may be applied to invoices unpaid past the grace period, per current studio policy
- Payments made through the portal are processed by Stripe; card and bank data never touch our servers
- Zelle payments are processed through your bank and marked confirmed manually
SMS Notifications
If you opt in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages about your account (invoice ready, payment reminders, payment confirmations, account setup). Message frequency is approximately 4 per month per family. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Don’t use the portal to submit false payment information, attempt to access accounts that aren’t yours, probe the site for vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with its normal operation.
Third-Party Services
The portal relies on Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Twilio, and Vercel to operate. Their terms and privacy policies apply to the parts of the service they provide.
Termination
You may close your portal account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if payments remain unpaid, or if the studio relationship ends.
Disclaimers
The portal is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Payment records stored in the portal are the studio’s books; if you notice a discrepancy, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVT Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to the studio in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
